Looking for property conveyancing on a property purchase in Ontinyent. New to area so looking for recommendations please.
The National Institute of Statistics (INE) says 3,139 expatriates were living in Ontinyent as at January last year, and the figure has now gone up to 3,368. ... Just under half as many Brits as either Moroccans or Bulgarians live in Ontinyent – a total of 254. Mar 2, 2018
So in 2018 there were only 254 Brits in Ontinyent out of a population of roughly 35,500.
If you put Ontinyent in the search bar you will find there is very little activity from there on the forum but you may be lucky. I have no idea if you are looking for an English speaking abogado but living in Ontinyent if you don't speak Spanish will throw up quite a few challenges.
