I am in the initial stages of purchasing a property in Ontinyent.
I urgently need to have a property inspected/building survey completed today or tomorrow (12.12.22.) before I sign
the Arras contract. Can anyone recommend a company in Ontinyent or close by?

Cheaper than an architect is a so called "tasador judicial" whose appraisal is probative before acourt. Around 500,- (worthwhile).
