Has anyone, or knows of anyone,who has claimed their deposit from a bank/ builder who had bank guarantees and how long did the process take.
I instructed my solicitor a year ago but no result yet.

Thank you for your reply, sorry it took so long due to my inexperience on these pages, however all appears to be in hand and I have a court hearing date via solicitor in September so fingers crossed.
