 Your post is not very clear.

 Are you asking how much the fees are for that Urbanisation  or do you want the phone number of the Administrators for  information?  Without the name of the administrators you have to hope that someone who owns a property there, will reply.

If you have recently purchased property I would ask your solicitor  for the information.

He will have details of the administrators and should also have set up your direct debit for payment.

Yeah, noone here unless they live on the same complex will know that Information, you'll need to either wait for your administrator to contact you for payment, or contact your solicitor whom should of set everything up for you.  Also, if there is a president on your complex, ask them who the admin is. Knock and ask a neighbour?
