I'm not sure what you're trying to say here, but in Orihuela Costa you'll struggle to find a bar that DOESN'T speak English!

Internations is a good group in Alicante lots of expats with good knowledge . Austin is a good bar also.

Hi Pamela, thank you, I have joined Internations now.. that's all I am after some knowledge.. will pop in Austin for sure.. possibly Thursday and Friday ..

Are you sure that you are coming for your TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero) as that is a foreigners identity card and is for residents not visitors. You may be coming for your NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) as that is your identity number document and is required for the purchase of some items and is similar to the UK's National Insurance Number.
A couple of websites that may be of help to you are:
Citizens Advice Bureau Spain for bureaucratic stuff, and
N332 for anything to do with driving in Spain. The site is for English speaking people and is run in collaboration with officers of the Guardia Civil.

Hello All - How do you join Internations and just a shout out to Michael54: We are new to the La Florida area in Orihuela Costa and would love to meet when you are back in town. My husband and I are American but know how to tip a pint in any type of bar you like. :). Good luck to you and let us know when you are in our neighborhood!
