yes i live next to Ray but my exit is right past the end of the runway...i usually look at the windsock to decide if crossing is safe as they are like 20 feet high at that point...but its usually only weekends and there are only 2 tiny flimsy machines...i used to fly so it doesnt bother me and they are quite fun to watch...i hope they see my tower as its high and doesnt have a light on...

Tut! Tut! How do you think that nice Mr Pilot flying your Ryanair, Jet2, British Airways, EasyJet or Norwegian commercial airliner learns to safely transport you and your family from A to B?
We all have to learn our professions...

The area from Orihuela Costa towards Rojales, down to La Marina Village and back to Torrevieja is military airspace. RVF 914. Restrictions to civilian flights and the use of aerial photography. I’m a registered AESA RPA operator. If I want to use drones in this area it involves filing flight plans and requesting permission from the Ministry of Defense in Madrid.
I don’t see the airforce giving up their right to fly in this area. Any correspondence should be addressed to Air Staff Operations, Ministry of Defense, Madrid (in Spanish language). They decide who operates aircraft in this area.

And you want me to respond how?
For what its worth I dont believe Drones should ever have been made available to Joe Public as they generally do not appear to have the discipline or profesionalism to use these things responsibly.
My feelings are that they are ideal for Military use and therfore could be used against the civilised world by the wrong people and therefore should have remained a military secret, not an opportunity for electronics companies to make more money.
I would put a complete ban on drones....full stop!

Hi George, well I used to work at Heathrow as an Aircraft Loading Supervisor involved in the loading of 747,s Dc10,s Concorde, Vc10,s, 707,s to name but a few and love aircraft. We live close to San Javier and constantly enjoy the buzz of the light single engine prop planes practicing their monouvers around the sky directly above us all day when the weather permits....it is great to watch them and sometimes we get the aerobatic jet team for a free airshow. Brilliant.
We loved being close to the airport, never felt the need to complain.....
Love it!

i sort of agree but there could be exceptions...like...i have a fabby drone video of my house and land...contributed to me buying it in the first instance...i still look at it periodically...i could probably use a small drone to patrol my outer borders to ensure no perps are around...

Hi there we stayed in Oasis Beach twice this year for over 2weeks per time. This plane is a complete pain in the erchie, if as someone mentioned earlier it costs 6million, why the heck did they buy the noisiest small plane on the planet, it flies regularly low ofer the apartments. Surely its not allowed to do stunts over populated areas, I never witnessed this over populated areas, but, did witness it doing it further out at sea. Past La Glea beach.
