Hi Poppy 1960

Welcome to the forum!

I’m guessing the nearest place is going to be Denia. You could try any private hospitals in the area. IMED for sure are providing Antigen tests, which are acceptable for flying to the U.K. The nearest IMED’s to you would be either Teulada or Gandia. Results within 10 minutes was my recent experience 🤪🥂

Hi

We flew to Dublin last Friday (12th) With Ryanair. We made an appointment at La Pau Medical Centre in Pego on Tuesday, in person, for Wednesday at 11am. Results were emailed Thursday around 3pm - we printed the results ourselves - but they will print them for you, if you ask. Take your passport with you. All painless... aside from the cost of €130 pp. But needs must! Safe travels!

That was for the PCR test. We had priced Gandía for the antigen test - it was €45. Can’t be sure how much at La Pau - but definitely in an around that price. We needed the PCR for travelling into Dublin. There were no direct flights to Belfast... I’m glad to say that today is our last day of the 10 day quarantine. Freedom (of sorts...) tomorrow! :)

Hi Jackie. I know where the La Pau Medical Centre is but have never been inside. Do they speak English and can one only make an appointment in person? I am flying over next week and want to arrange the test to be able to fly back a week later? Regards, Walter

Hi Walter

The staff do speak English, both at reception and the medical person doing the actual test. My partner (who speaks no Spanish...) went inside to enquire about PCR tests and made the appointments for us inline with our travel plans. It was definitely an easier process than we expected. If you can call in when you arrive, I’m sure they can give you an appointment to suit.
Good luck and happy travels :)

Thank you very much. So much to think about these days when flying - getting rather stressful. Fingers crossed all goes well and we don't go back into lockdown before then :-).

Does anyone know how much PRC test is at La Pau Medical Centre in Pego?  I was told it’s €40 for one.

Also, can anyone advise where I can find the website to download proof of my 2 vaccines which I had at El Rafol d’Almunia ?

Muchas Gracias.

Hi

A PCR test in L’Pau is now €115 and the antigen test is €40. I called in just this week to enquire.

Regards

Jackie :)
