Regular (not budget) air carriers offer a spcial "live animal" cargo service. However, care should be taken to avoid transshipments at intermediate airport, specially if these are in Spain. It should also be assured that you are able to monitor and locate your shipment AT ANY TIME. Find out who offers direct air connex from your nearest UK airport to Alicante and look for altrnative DIReCT options from/to other airports nearby (i.e. Valencia). Kennels are usually provided for a fee depending on size.Get all relative information from the Cargo Rep. of the airline of your choice.

Why not send by road. It takes two days. I have furniture delivered from Uk and he also transports dogs for a charity.
