How can you pay your Spanish Income Tax if you don't have a bank account with a Spanish IBAN?

I completed my tax return online recently, and made a point of looking at this issue...
At the end of the process, I was given the choice of direct debit (which insisted on a Spanish IBAN), or card payment, or online transfer. However, since I didn't actually have any tax to pay, I didn't try the last two options.
