Car tax & ITV

My car was due it's itv just after the lockdown in march. We have managed to book an appointment to get it tested this Tuesday (16th). My car tax is also due . My question is, can I pay my car tax before I get the itv as the deadline is tomorrow, the 15th ( else it counts as a late payment I've been informed). I also have a suma bill informing me that it is my responsibility etc to tax my car with a CSV reference number that isn't being accepted on the suma.es website as I was going to try to pay on line. Is this paperwork the actual bill for road tax? Sorry for my ignorance but it's my first time doing this! Can I pay this bill locally in the place next to Correos in Pilar? Any help gratefully received.

go to the office next door to the post office. they will take the payment and set up a dd

Thanks for the info. Will they do this without an ITV ? I'm having that done tomorrow, or should I go after the ITV? The only reason for getting it done today is the 15th is the deadline day for paying tax although my car is so cheap the fine isn't a problem, more concerned about the police.
