My husband is English and I'm Irish. We both have Spanish residency. He is applying to swap his green card for a TIE so I thought I would too. However, when I try to get an appointment to change it, I don't know which appointment name to select as the brexit one is not applicable for me. Does anyone know? I've googled it to death but most links revert to UK and brexit. Help would be appreciated.
As far as I'm aware the TIE is for 3rd country nationals and as an Irish passport holder you don't need a TIE, your residency is all you need, in fact it's better to have.

That is correct. As an Irish citizen you do not need anything but a NIE (tax-ID). Forget "residencia" and the like. Instead, as a family member of a EU-citizen (you) even your husband can benefit from EU-ruling.
