Hello

What explanation has your lawyer - or any lawyer given for the delay?  I know it was suspended in Oct 2021 and then reinstated in Nov 2021

Here's a link to explain.....

Cheers

Impossible to cooment w/o having all the relevant information, i.e. who paid when which amount to whom, who set up any claim when? Time limits apply, and time is against you.

Is the plus valia tax the same tax as the 4% retention as I believe you don't get the plus valia refunded, it's the retention that you claim back.

According to my solicitor 'Britannia legals' of Pinar de Campoverde they are waiting for payment/resolution!!!! What !!since 2019.That is nearly 3 years ago now.

My daughter who speaks/writes in fluent Spanish has sent an email to the local Suma Office some 3 weeks ago requesting an explanation has not received a reply.

This could never happen in the UK. I do believe that the Spanish Authorities will find a way not to Refund the Plusvalia Tax  of nearly 5000 euros that is owed to me.
