We have Flexa.

In our case, the standard internet/wifi didn't provide TV.

For this we needed the additional Mag box setup. Flexa installed it and showed us how to use it.

Do you have the Mag box ?

From our experience ...

Flexa offer several services (sometimes bundled together and discounted)

Internet & Wifi router

Mag box + TV content

Landline (via the router)

Mobile phone(s).

If you just have the Internet and Wifi router, you will need some other device/service (logged into the router) to access TV content. This could be a Smart TV, or a laptop/tablet, some types of phone, or an Amazon Firestick (or similar). There are pay services and non-pay services available (although I don't know if the non-pay services are legal).

Our service from Flexa is a Mag box .... a separate device, connected between the router and the TV, which provides access to live and catch-up TV content.
