Please can anyone advise?

I am having problems getting our internet reconnected for our next visit to our property - coming up soon.

After many unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls to Avatel where our original contract sat in the summer- Avatel finally tells us we have been moved to Flexa (Networks)? as we had a fibre upgrade during the summer. These companies are connected (or even the same company now?) I understand but Avatel insisted we now contact Flexa. Fair enough I guess  -but despite several calls to Flexa call centre number and promises to call us back to sort out and reconnect we have heard nothing, despite chasing. They can't or won't give me a direct number or email for the Flexa nearest office (Calle Naranjo, in La Zenia) and despite more phone calling from the UK and  sending a general email to the Flexa enquiries page on their contact website- we still have heard nothing.  Please, can anyone advise, does anymore have a direct email or number for La Zenia Flexa office?   This is so frustrating - it should be an easy procedure to action. Any ideas? Similar experiences?

Sorry but I cannot help, however your words "so frustrating" are so commonplace with Brits in Spain, whether it's internet, water, electric, housing issues or the buerocrasy, Spain is a great country to live but they have yet to master the art of customer services.

Hope you get things sorted.

Hi, many thanks for replying. Amazingly, have just taken a call from from the company (finally) and think it's now sorted - fingers crossed!

Hi I had the same problem until I called into the la zenia office and met a very helpful young lady on reception Anastasia who did communicate with me through email [email protected]. I was able to book our installation through her and she answered all my queries.

I’ve also had problems with Avatel re connecting. So much so that I’ve kept it on since last January and only finally stopped in for November and December. It’ll be some fun trying to reconnect for our visit in January!!
