What is the difference between a SPTH form and UK locator form please. I am going from Spain to Liverpool fully vaccinated and how do I obtain them. I know the locator form can't be completed untill 48hrs before travel. Many thanks.

You need to fill out the locator form for the country you are entering
So Spain to U.K.

U.K. to Spain
You will also need a copy of your covid certin both directions and to enter the U.K. you need to pre book a Day 2 antigen test . The booking reference code is required for your passenger locator form.
Forms for both directions can only be finalised 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time.
