Can members from a different household travel in the same car?

We are in Playa Flamenca. Are people from different households allowed to travel in the same car?. 5 people in a 5 seater car.

Not in the car if you're travelling with members of your household only...or eating/drinking in restaurants & bars...or while sitting on the beach...or playing sport...😉
