I am seeking the help of anybody who might have known Anton A de Tollenaere. He was a Belgian who passed away between 18 months and 2 years ago. He owned a house on our Urbanisation in Playa Flamenca but nobody has visited it for many months since his death and the house and car remain untouched and neglected. Apparently Anton was popular and had a wide circle of friends so I am posting this message in the hope that somebody knew him and has contact details of his family.

Grey car with flat tyre? Probably the house overlooked by our apartments. Sorry I have no contact info but spoke to him a couple of times and seemed a nice man. Maybe our President knows something about him. Contact him through our Administrators  . AGMadministradores. Good luck.

You've probably done this already, but what about the Belgian consulate in Alicante. They should be able to get information from the Spanish system of NIE/residency records that would give them his passport number, and trace him back from that.
