does any one know the process for applying for the licence I have the form and my NIE and energy details is there anything else i need to provide? and whats the best way to send the form through if i am in the UK

The Valencian Community website spells it all out. If you're using Google Chrome, you can right click on the web page and tell it to translate:

you said to go to the town hall and get the paperwork, I am asking out the paperwork required as I have the form and want to make sure i upload correctly as i can send it electronically.

I did not have my NIE paperwork so still not fully comfortable with the process and what's required
