A lot of places are fully booked now for the summer. If you have set dates then try www.spain-holiday.com or simplyowners.com they both give you direct contact with the owners so you don't end up paying booking fees on top. Sites like ownersdirect.co.uk and holidaylettings.co.uk will add their booking fees on top. All of them let you put in your dates and then only show the properties that still have those dates available.

A lot wont have their rates up for next year yet. It may be worth doing an more open search on just area and sending a few enquiries off to he ones you like related to location in that case.
