Travel insurance

I am looking for travel insurance from Spain to America for two residents with pre conditions age 68 and 71. Any recommendations? Thanks
We've used Staysure in the past. They have special insurances for over 70s, expats and discount a lot of problems such as high BP. Always found them reasonable despite the fact the older you get the price goes up but that's the same with all of them.
