We are non residents but would like to travel to France for just a week. Need to find travel insurance for just this length of time. Have tried our existing insurers but no joy!
And I doubt you will, travel insurance is not there to cover people voluntarily putting themselves at risk which is in effect what you will be doing.
Hi Evehinson, I sympathise with you concerning this and others are having the same problem. At present, the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office issue guidance which presently advises against all but essential travel abroad.
Contagion in the UK and many other Countries is much less now than when that advice was first issued. If that instruction changes ,and it is likely to do so soon, then Insurance Companies no doubt will gladly looking for such business.
