Wanted holiday rental in Playa flamenca/la Zenia/Cabo Roig area

We are an elderly couple and would like a 3 week rental from 10th September within walking distance to the beach amenities in the above areas.

Hi, We have a 2 bed ground floor apartment in Punta Prima. 1.5 km to the beach. 10 minutes walk to Consum, McDonald, Pharmacy and restaurants. It is free from 10 September to 30 September. I can send photos if interested.

Hi Dorothy,
The apartment is on holidaylettings.co.uk under property ID 318652. You can view a full description and see the photos.
For the 3 weeks we would charge 500 euros all in. There is wifi and English Sat Tv,
BUT the apartment is only free until 30 September, we have a booking from the 1 October. I don't know what time the new people are arriving, it might not be till later in the day, but we have to allow a few hours for cleaning. So it might be free till the morning of 1 October.

Hi, the beach is 1.5 km away. Takes about 20 minutes to walk down. You have to cross the main road but there is a footbridge. By car it is less than 10 minutes.

The beach is Punta Prima. It has the Nautilus restaurant overlooking the water and two beach bars. The next beach would be Playa Flamenca, about 20 minutes by car. Next to this are La Zenia and Cabo Roig beaches, maybe 25 minutes by car.
