Hi Lee - I notice our property has been recommended to you. We have a 2 bed townhouse in La Zenia for rental. It is within walking distance to Playa Flamenca. It is available for rental from Sunday 28 April onwards for 8 weeks until Saturday 22 June, check out time latest 11am. The price is 150 Euros per month out of season, so we are relatively cheap compared to others. It is a fantastic location 2 mins from La Zenia Boulevard and close to Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants etc. The cost would be £1200 plus £80 for Electricity and Water costs and £60 for the clean. This totals £1340. Do let me know if you are interested.

Hi Fay , not sure I replied to you yesterday we have internet probs at our current rental . I'm certainly interested in your offer can you give more details please , south facing ? solarium , etc

Hi Lee - I will have to check if the property is South Facing, but I do know that the outside garden, and the small back terrace does get a lot of sun. There is no solarium but there is also an upstairs balcony outside of the bedroom.  Also, there are beautiful gardens around the pool area sunny all day long. Hi Lee - Forgot to mention also, you would not have any Internet problems at our La Zenia townhouse as we have 100mb fibre optic broadband! I need to know asap if you want this rental as I have had some enquires for the same period that you are interested in.

We had a lovely review from the lady that left last Monday which is now available to see on our propertyandvillasinspain website entry.
