Looking at a detached property in Playa Flamenca but requires 4 ac units installed , 3 bedrooms and lounge how much would this cost , approximately..

If the install is straightforward ie back to back then budget units start at around €550/600 up to €850/900 for Mitsubishi/Panasonic.

Hi,

We replaced our air-con in Mar-23 and used Steve Birkett (Air Conditioning and Electrical) - he has a website here with all details:

I'd previously used him to service the appliances (4 units - 3 downstairs in 2 bedrooms and a living room and 1 upstairs in a further bedroom).

We were able to arrange for him to do the work over a couple of days while we were away so came back to a tidy house and replaced units. he offered a number of different units at differing prices - all free quotes - and no money changed hands in advance. When we returned, he popped round and gave an overview of the instructions for the units and we paid him (via card).

1 year on, and as you'd expect, we've had absolutely no issues with them. (We opted for Gaitsu units and replaced the whole lot inside and out).
