Hi,

Tried to get an appointment for residency for my wife, but no joy , as expected.

Then tried to book appointment for Processing for the documentation of nationals of the United Kingdom, again no joy.

I understand the issue with Brexit, but is there any way of booking an appointment at all, or do i have to wait until they are accepting appointments again?

As below...

INTERNET PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT

information

At this time there are no appointments available.

In short, the Office will make new appointments available to you.

I posted on this a few days ago:

It certainly seems that they must be presently cobbling up new procedures for UK citizens, even though these are not yet legally required, and it will be necessary to wait until they publish details.

Yes we got knocked back for an appointment a couple of weeks ago. Authorities also advised that no appointments were to be issued after 29th March. Everyone is waiting to find out what the next step will be, take you pick. All I can say is that we’re not losing sleep over the outcome. We chose to move to Spain, not as ex pats but as U.K immigrant willing to support the Spanish economy, embrace the culture and attempt to learn the language. If the hoops that are placed in our way are impossible to jump through, then we will return to the UK, safe in the knowledge that at least we had a taste of everything that this beautiful country offered. Until the outcome we are enjoying every moment of this gorgeous place. Just remember, everything comes to an end at some point whether it’s a feast you’ve gorged on or a morsel you’ve only just experienced.
