Suma bills

Hi All
We have had a property now for just over 2 years, and have had Suma tax paid directly out of our Sabadell bank accounting a yearly basis, so know that it has been paid
However, we have never received a bill at our house, nor filled in any further forms? Can anybody advise on who/where to contact to request that bills are sent to our house
When we bought the house our solicitor set up all direct debits with Sabadell, utility bills are paid and we receive these bills at our house, but not Suma??
