If they do not activate the DD for my fees I will of course attend the community AGM and point out their discriminatory act and request their removal. I don’t know for sure but it wouldn’t surprise me to learn that they get a kick back from Spanish banks for adopting this line.
Well done to you for being more pro active than I was and yes, I agree with you about the possibility of kick backs from the banks.
You sound very switched on but if it did get as far as you having to raise their discriminatory actions at the AGM please remember to have the subject listed in the main agenda of the AGM, if it was raised in ' any other business ' I believe that voting wouldn't be allowed.
