Hi ,my name is steve ,we have just bought a property in Punta Prima ,before we arrived ,i spent weeks looking at property on rightmove ,zoopla ,but they are not up dated often and many properties are sold but are still on these sites , we booked viewings with ,mayrasa ,fiesta ,home espana ,and also the the lawyer ,Rodas consulting whom we found very good before we arrived so we could see the properties WE liked ,if i can be of any further help ,please send a post ,kind regards ,steve

We are looking for a two bed resale, furnished apartment , with communal pool and preferably without steps or with a lift. Close to amenities and golf. We are retirees in our mid-sixties. The property would be used as a holiday home.
I speak and understand Spanish and also German. We would love to be in an area close to the sea with a mix of nationalities.
I would very much appreciate your recommendations as to what area would suit us best.

I have just bought in Torre de la Horadada. I would definitely recommend viewing this area before buying anywhere else.

Hi, probably a little bit biased but having bought in the Punta Prima area 15 years ago we have seen it go from strength to strength. Anywhere you buy along that coast is beautiful Guadamar included.We where out 3 weeks ago and met up with some friends who want to buy in the area, what I did notice was property prices rising and some selling quite quickly. You do get a good mix of nationals , lots of Belgium, Nords , Icelandic which is nice. Good luck with your search, you won't regret it wherever you buy.👍😁
