Hi

Can anyone recommend any nice beaches within taxi ride from La Zenia area.  Looking for something which has toilets and facilities as I know many around Punta Prima are not open.  We are coming out to spain on Saturday for 8 days.

Thank you

Campoamor Beach is nice, and they have restaurants there at the Beach if you want food or drinks and toilet.

Playa Flamenca beaches are good and Surfers Bar has nice food and toilet facilities which they will let you use even if you do not eat in there.

I just wish the Council would get there act together and get all the beach bars operating! So frustrating as there are lovely beaches along the Orihuela Costa !

Hope this helps

Hi, we found the most stunning beach with lots of facilities at Mil Palmeras.

Of all the beaches that we visited that are all lovely but this was by far the best, great for swimming & the sand was like talcum powder.

Definitely worth a visit.

The beach at Mil Palmares, is abòut a 30 min drive from Quesada but definitely worth it.

I would be careful with Quadamar beach although it is lovely, if there are children who like to go in the sea there is a very strong undercurrent.

Regards June
