Smart currency or MoneyCorp are highly used. Open an account with them both. No charge and you don't have to change money till your ready. Set a figure in your head in terms of rate say 1.20. Then tell both brokers how many Euros you want and you will buy as soon as it gets to 1.20. Then forget about it. whichever broker rings first you buy off. The Euros are then held in your account with the broker. Leave it there then transfer it to you Spanish bank account when your a week away from full completion.

Glad to be of help. I remember when I bought, advice and research made it so much easier.

If you don't fancy a private rental with holiday lettings try Hotel Madrid in Torrevieja centre good location and free on street parking.

If you have any other queries send me a Message and I will respond back.

You have made a good decision.....Punta Prima is great for properties, restaurants, shopping and everything else you will need.....close to the sea too, and lots of lovely places.

The Torre Joven Hotel is a really good hotel to book into...I have stayed there many times and it is a very modest hotel with a lot of great features. Prices are good and location is great, near everything.

The buses go right through Punta Prima if you need to go anywhere along the coast.

It is true that there are lots of lovely places on the Costa Blanca, but Punta Prima dots almost all the letters!!....Enjoy.

After much deliberation, we just couldn't decide between 2 areas the decision has been made and we have decided it has to be Punta Prima. It just has everything we want. It is such a relief to have finally decided lol. So as I think I might have mentioned before we have the flights and car hire b...

...ooked for 7-14 March, combining a trip over with my birthday, so need to get accommodation sorted. Anyone recommend somewhere in or very close to Punta Prima please ?

Also just wondering who you guys used for your estate agents ???

We have a lawyer in place.

Also any areas we should be looking to buy or avoid ????

Hello Tricia

I have sent you a private message via here with some recommendations on services.

As mentioned before the Torre Joven Hotel is ideal in so many ways.
