Sounds like a crap gestor, plenty of them about.
I recommend these guys for others.....based in Malaga... probably a bit far away but they have always been spot on

Thanks but these came highly recommended here on the forum too.
Besides the procedure has been underway for 4 months so cen't really retrieve UK licences fron DGT, redo medicals and all procedures, pay another gestor plus a trip Torrevieja Malaga... not viable but thanks for the input.

It was for others Claudio, I know there's nothing you can do now apart from give your gestor more kicks up the butt!
