The solicitor we used was Lexidy Law Boutique, Barcelona and ask for Laura you will be able to find them on the internet.

Hi Steve,
thank you for the detailed information, and congratulations!
However we have been given different info., in London after going with two applications each we were told they only needed one. We are now awaiting our 3rd visit previous 2 visits documents not correct(notarised instead of apostalised and then out of date. after emailing them last week in August still no reply and our documents are due to expire soon. Can someone consider setting up a petition regarding the difficulties in gaining visas for Spain?

I had to get both documents done again without notarisation. So send the original and translation ...

you said you used a Spanish solicitor even though you were living in England? I don't get it as our Spanish solictors say they cannot help us with getting an appoinment over here? We do not know what avenue to take now as the consulate still has not given us an appoinment and documents due to expire.

We have emailed Manchester Consulate last week who replied within days with an appointment for 19th October.
