We have just had tv and internet package installed using tv Horadada but don’t seem to be getting any tv channels.... help

Not familiar with Horadada however it seems clear that the TV has not been tuned in otherwise you would have a list of available channels!
Exactly how is the TV connected to what?

Have a look at the remote control for your TV, as there should be buttons to select the input source.
For example, our control has buttons for TV and AV. TV is for terrestrial channels fed from the TV aerial. AV is for other sources, and you need to select the one for the feed from your TV Horadada digibox.

Have TV Horadada not got any after sales service.

How is your tv connected to the box? HMDI or Coax. If its HMDI you will need to use your source to the button to select the correct socket. It its coax then you need to set the source to tv and then menu button to installation and tune in the tv.

It is HDMI, we have Netflix but just not the tv channels uk

The same thing happened to me and I went to the stand in Zenia Boulevard to be told we didn't have a box for TV and they weren't in stock and they still aren't two years on!
