Getting someone to break into your house sounds a drastic and potentially expensive step. If you have someone you trust to break-in why not courier them a set of keys and have them courier the docs and the keys back to you?

  Must be cheaper option and will not take that much longer.

It might come to asking a neighbour if we sent them a key, hate having to ask someone to do things for us, although I would do it for someone within a heartbeat!
