Hello everybody, if anybody has had experience with Sihogar online seller and their delivery partners “ GOI superprimium” , please give us advice what to do next. We bought a washing machine from them and paid in full, and waited for delivery, which never came.! We tried to call the company several times, but after we asked for someone who speaks English nobody was available. Then we sent a few emails with a google translation, again without success – no response again. Today we finally asked them for a full refund. The feedback are full of peoples negative experience like ours. Is their any consumer organization or advice center, or ombudsman, anybody that can help us?
