Hi all,
Shortly travelling to Lo Rofete to see my father. I am now vegan and I struggled food wise when I was vegetarian so am rather worried now I’m.vegan.
I’ve looked online and there really is a limited choice.
Just wondering if any locals have any insider knowledge of places that can accommodate a vegan meal alongside meat eaters.

I don’t know any locally,I’m not vegan but watch a few vloggers on YouTube that always seem to find vegan restaurants and cafes in Spain,more than I’d have thought out there!

Ook in Spanje wordt het 'steeds' hotter, de vegan sean, ik weet sowieso dat er in Torrevieja verschillende vegan restaurants te vinden zijn , maar ook in San Miguel de Salinas kun je wel vegan eten, bij the Olivetree bv heb ik ook wel eens een vegan maaltijd genuttigd met mijn zoon en schoondochter , beide 'vegan' , na de vraag om een Veganistisch menu. Werd een zeer uitgebreid menu samen gesteld naar de wens van veganisten. Dus geen zorgen.

The Hens Teeth in Villamartin plaza do Vegan dishes. Check out their menu on FB.
They are very popular and get booked up pretty quickly, we were there on Saturday evening and every table was reserved.
