Hi Jim,

Just to put a spanner in the works.....

I received today what i thought to be my drivers licence. Instead, i opened the letter to find a new permiso de circulacion. Now my Spanish skills are not proficient enough in many areas (this being one of them) but i thought i was ordering a replacement licence card, not the vehicle green paper. What a idiot i am. No wonder they wanted the number plate.

Do you know what the translation is for the photo card licence and how i could get it? I don't think the correos offer this service but i stand to be corrected. 30 euros down for nothing, how lovely lol.

Oh damn, bu**er and blast. My very sincere apologies. I've had a stinking cold for a while that's got feeling fuzzy headed all the time, but that's no excuse for me confusing permiso de circulación and permiso de conducir. I owe you a few drinks, in fact a few bottles.
