I have an allergy to bites of insects like misquito, fleas etc. Since i arrived last sunday i have been eaten alive. Sprays dont seem to help and creams, sticks are not soothing the allergic reaction. Can somebody give me some advise what to do because i am still here for 2 weeks and it is getting worse every day. Thanks

Have you tried rubbing the inside of a banana skin on and around the area of the bite.

Hi,

My brother also suffers and was told to take antihistamines.  Pop down to the local farmacia and buy some. Hope your suffering stops soon.

I use Autan  - it's the only thing that works for me to keep the misquitoes away, they love me and aim straight for my face.

You can get it in supermarkets. I discovered it 40 years ago in Italy where they bit me so badly I was ill but Autan solved it for me. Good luck.

Ultimately if nothing works for you the only solution is to avoid placing yourself in an environment where you are at risk of being bitten!

I had the same problem but take an antihistamine tablet daily from April to October and have no flare ups but still get bitten and would recommend this to anyone I now don’t use any repellants at all. Hope this helps you
