HI try cetirizina 10mg at a Farmacia (they will try and sell you a genetic and often they are only 4/5mg it is not enough)  it is a really good antihistamine, take one a day I am allergic and this works great :)

I use antihistamines to control the itch and calm the response. Available from your local pharmacy
