Urgent comuterreparation required as my keyboard letters are blocked.. nrs still work!? Also other minor IT problems... San Miguel De Salinas or near...

That wouldn't stop the letters from working. 

Sounds more to me like a duff keyboard but my first step would be to remove it in the device manager then reboot the machine.

OP says "keyboard letters are blocked" not producing numbers. 

Also we don't know what sort of keyboard is in question, if it's a seperate item as associated with a PC then in all probability it will have a discrete number pad in which case numock will have no effect on the letters.

Looks like a laptop to me, not an individual keyboard?
