Repeat the residency application process by submitting an EX-18, but this time select the box for BAJA POR CESE, and specify the reason.
You should also do a baja from the padrón.
If you're keeping property in Spain, then you need to advise Agencia Tributaria, switching from resident to non-resident taxpayer.
