Poor after sales service in Spain
We recently purchased a large shower unit from Leroy Merlin,everything fine until delivery.The first delivery was 2 large glass screens short,the next 1 shower screen short.I had workers trying to install,left twiddling there fingers.When I approached Leroy Merlin,they wanted me to tell them exactly what they haven´t delivered,when I asked them to work out what they haven´t sent,they wanted to charge me €35 for them to check their mistake,bearing in mind they had charged me €130 to delivery it 10 kms..Preservice excellent after service rubbish.Anyone else had these problems,it like talking to a brick wall and smiling goldfish.
