Can anyone help with non-residential tax form 210?

The 210 form is in Spanish only. I am in Santa Pola.

If you can't find the English version on The Agencia Tributaria website go on to
https://www.citizensadvice.org.es and search non resident tax ( it also gives you the current rates of tax) scroll down you will see a grey box with blue writing saying click here, once you have clicked it will bring another set of information scroll down to page 4 at the top of page 4 click 'This link' it's written in blue it will take you to the Agencia Tributaria website. The instructions are in English click on 'form 210 preliminary tax return' its written in red and it will take you to the modelo 210 which is in English, just follow the instructions and once filled in you can create a PDF print off and present to bank.
I know it's a bit long winded to get to where you want on the Spanish Tax site but it's the easiest way I can explain to you
