Can anyone recomend a local estate agent to help me find the property I am looking for please? I need an estate agent who is familiar with local building restrictions and what I can and cant do with a property. thanks in advance
I wouldn't rely on an estate agent for this type of information. We used a local architect who was familiar with all the rules and regulations locally and ultimately acquired all the relevant licences for us. If you are looking to buy on an urbanization there may be added restrictions and it is also advisable to use an independent abogado rather than the one recommended by the estate agent.

For real estate, I can recommend Mark Steadman. See attached photo.
As for the requirements about what is allowed or not, I would listen to the advice Villas provides.
