We have recently returned to the UK to visit our family. We will be returning to Spain after a few weeks. What are the latest requirements for a) being allowed to board on Ryanair Flights, b) Documents required by the Border Police at Spanish Airports for Spanish Residents ( TIE holders) . I believe we only need the SPtH forms and our EU Digital Vaccination Certificates. Is this correct or do we need any additional Covid free documentation.

Hello

I came back a few weeks ago and had my certificate for vaccines, Spanish health form.

Most important!!!

When you give border patrol your passport, make sure you give them your TIE card at the same time or they will stamp your passport.

That's all you need at the moment, as you know things can change quite quickly.

Hope this helps

Sue 😘

Good point Sue, thanks for highlighting.

I've heard of a couple of cases this week where TIE card holders returning back from the UK have has their passport stamped, Surely this can't be right can it ?

Regards

Gary

Hello Gary

Well, when I was doing mine, a couple behind me saw that mine didn't get stamped and they said to boarder control that they had residency.  He asked them for their TIE cards but only had the green papers.  Their passports for stamped.  I think it's who you get on boarder control.

All I can say like above, if they don't present the correct documents at the time then you will get stamped. Maybe they shown their TIE cards after being stamped and not before.

I had mine in my hand queueing with all the other documents. Gave my passport with Tie card on the page they look at.  They couldn't miss it really 🤣

Sue 😘

My wife flew back on the 12th. The guy was about to stamp her passport until he noticed the TIE given over also then waived her through.

Can anybody answer my question? If I go to the uk for 7 days do I need to complete the Spanish health form to get back into spain ? My husband has a tie and I have an Irish passport, we are both residents

When returning to Spain you need to complete a FCS form (the equivalent to the UK Passenger locator form) 48 hours before you travel. and show your vaccination certificates.

I did this yesterday and sailed through passport control.
