When returning to Spain you need to complete a FCS form (the equivalent to the UK Passenger locator form) 48 hours before you travel. and show your vaccination certificates.

I did this yesterday and sailed through passport control.

Bill

Thanks Bill.....do you mean the original vaccination certificates for the vaccination we had months ago in spain?

Yep, you need to fill it in 48 hours before returning to Spain and you will then get a QR code, and yes, its the certificates for the vaccinations in Spain. No you don't need another pcr test to return to Spain.

Thanks again Bill, sorry to be a nuisance but we are a couple of oldies and technophobic......I've looked at the form and there is one for singles and one for families if its for my husband and me do we use the families option or the individual and make two applications?

Just a reminder that the legal position does not change just because the Spanish Border Control did not stamp your passport. Similarly if they did, and you are legally resident your rights are not effected.

Hello

I came back a few weeks ago and had my certificate for vaccines, Spanish health form.

Most important!!!

When you give border patrol your passport, make sure you give them your TIE card at the same time or they will stamp your passport.

That's all you need at the moment, as you know things can change quite quickly.

Hope this helps

Sue 😘

What is the issue with getting passport stamped if your a resident holding the TIE card?

If you're a resident, your passport shouldn't be stamped for some reason.

If your a non resident it gets stamped.

If they had stamped my passport, it wouldn't bother me because if they ever came chasing me for staying over 90 days then I would just give them my TIE card to prove I'm resident 🤣🤣🤣

Sue 😘
