Only problem is the OP does not have a healthcard. He has to go private on his insurance. However, my son in law gets inhalers without prescription at our pharmacy just be showing his old one. No prescription required. And, yes, the cost is about 2.50 to 3.00 euro.
Yes, I was told if I had an old one with me I could get a replacement in the chemist but I had unfortunately forgotten mine.
