Does 4th world exist?

Really? You see many? Yet the chat sites from the US and Canada are full of those who have been fined for overstaying in Schengen whilst I've only seen one on a Brit site and that was after several months.

Brits being punished is simply playing the victim card. EU in general and Spain in particular bent over backwards to help Brits retain their rights in Europe. Letters were sent, adverts in all the papers (Brit free ones especially) and countries being told to set up schemes to assist the Brits in any way they could. 

The "punishment" bit comes from UK press and especially the Mail and Express. 

Would be grateful for any real stories about these "many" non EU overstaying the 90 days in 180.

The border-free Schengen Area guarantees free movement to more than 400 million EU citizens, along with non-EU nationals living in the EU or visiting the EU as tourists, exchange students or for business purposes (anyone legally present in the EU). The UK referendum made it clear that the voters would "give up" those rights. (did they not?) V

Does the 4th world exist, possibly but the jury is out 😏
