Has anyone with dual citizenship tried using their UK passport for entry and then later using their second one for entry after 90 days. This was discussed by some expats as a possible way to get around the 90 day rule.

If the other citizenship is in the EU then surely that would be enough on its own, like the good old days when we were in the club.

Thanks for your reply. In this case one has both a UK and USA passport and the other UK and Norwegian. Norway is not in the EU but part of Schengen. It looks like the 90 day rule applies for Norway as it does for the UK ?

The discussion was as mentioned earlier, would the person with both passports ( UK and Norwegian ) get around this rule legally ?

My opinion is that the name on the passport would on being scanned flag up info.re.double citizenship. Any thoughts or opinions on this
