There is nothing like personal experience when giving advice to others and that is what happens on this forum.  I have asked questions on here and only ever received good, solid answers.  Thank you to all those who give up their time to answer members' queries.

Yes,  personal experience is always good to share but when it comes to legal matters/issues it is best to seek advice from those who are qualified to give it. Nothing to stop posters asking but we need to be careful of our responses, if we are not experts rather than be responsible for someone basing their decision on wrong information.

John, yet again YOU started it and you're determined to continue it.  "Queen of the forum"? Grow up!  Take your own advice and stop with your "petty" and "childish" commentary on my posts.

Don’t let him wind you up Kimmy, I for one read your posts and appreciate the advice and guidance that you give - as for John123456…..seems like he doesn’t like to see people who know the system out-smarting him!! Don’t waste your breath on him and continue with the great work you do 👍👍

If you have nothing constructive to say, mind your own business!

I rarely visit this forum nowadays, let alone post comments.

The main reason for this is the fact that things went downhill rapidly about 5 years ago when certain "contributors" decided to engage in pretty much open warfare, A lot of it was Brexit-related & it's genuinely disappointing to see that, on the face of it at least, not much has changed.

Jim going was the final straw for me.

I sincerely doubt that Kim has any vested interest in installing herself as "Queen of the forum" and have always found her contributions to any given topic or debate to be informative, well-researched & overall, very helpful.

And I'm now left trying to construct a polite closing message along the lines of "Pull your head out of your arse & STFU, John" but I'm struggling if I'm honest so I'll just go with that...
